The Carter Education & Community Foundation is a scholarship & programming foundation dedicated to bringing & supporting the diverse learning opportunities needed for youth to succeed. We take an innovative approach to providing services that will strengthen the academic foundation for children, so they have sustainable pathways for success. We are also committed to addressing the challenges creating the biggest barriers that impact a community & youth’s overall well-being.
